After your fasting hours are over, you’re free to eat some healthy food! Having to go 10 days without food on some of the lemon juice cleanse diets can be tough!

Okay, so now your going to want to try and have no more than 3 meals after your fasting to help keep the load off your digestive system and help make your detox more effective.
